“There are numerous victims, and [the Alexander brothers] deserve some type of accountability for sexually assaulting these girls,” stated Andrew Van Arsdale, managing associate at AVA Regulation Group Inc., which represents a number of of the plaintiffs.
Contemporary lawsuits
The newest lawsuits, filed by AVA Regulation Group and Curis Regulation, describe incidents by which the ladies say they had been drugged after which assaulted by the brothers. Many of the plaintiffs stay nameless, apart from Leah Peters, who publicly named herself in her lawsuit.
